RESERVATIONS: All reservations
can be reserved up to one year prior to your desired arrival date. We strongly
suggest making reservations well in advance to make sure we are able to
accommodate your requests. Holidays and special events tend to sell out quickly.
When making reservations we can only guarantee the room type, not the room
number. We will do our best to accommodate room requests, but cannot guarantee
them.
Please inquire about minimum stay requirements during peak season, weekends, holidays, and special events.
During peak season, we do require four night minimum stays for arrivals Thursday – Sunday. However, please
inquire about shorter stays as booking patterns may allow for such.
CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to be fair to
both parties, please be confident of your travel dates prior to reserving your
accommodation. We are aware that circumstances may arise and will take all
matters into consideration. All reservations cancelled within the allotted time
period will be refunded their deposit less a $25.00 administrative fee. Please note
that package reservations have different deposit and cancellation policies. Refer
to package information on the Rates page.
PEAK SEASON (DEC. 23 THRU APRIL 30):
Cancellation must be made 14 days prior to your confirmed
arrival date. Should your reservation be cancelled within 14 days of your
arrival, you will be penalized in the amount of your first night's room and
tax.
OFF SEASON (MAY 1 THRU DEC. 22):
Cancellation must be made 7 days prior to your confirmed arrival
date. Should your reservation be cancelled within 7 days of your arrival, you
will be penalized in the amount of your first night's room and tax.
HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS:
Reservations for the Thanksgiving time period require a TWO night deposit. Reservations for the Christmas - New Year's time period
require a THREE night deposit. All holidays and special events require a 30 day prior to arrival cancellation for refund of your
deposit less a $25.00 administrative fee. These periods include, but are not limited to the following: New Year's, Presidents' Day Weekend,
Easter, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, Halloween, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Our check-in time is
anytime after 3PM. Should you arrive prior to this, and your accommodation is
ready, we will be more than happy to check you in. If your room is unavailable
at the time of your arrival, we will store your luggage while you take advantage
of our facilities. We would appreciate your anticipated time of arrival when
reserving your space with us. Our check-out time is between 11:00AM and 12 Noon.
We will do our best to accommodate late departure requests.
SMOKING POLICY: In keeping with the Florida
Clean Air Act, all of our accommodations are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted
amongst our numerous outdoor areas where ashtrays are provided should you
require them. Failure to respect this policy will result in a $100.00 cleaning
fee billed to your account.
CHILDREN: Our resort is regarded as an
all-male clothing optional property. We strive to provide a relaxing, yet
private atmosphere for our guests. As we feel this is not conducive to children,
we do not accept persons under the age of 21.
PETS: We are pet friendly. Click here for more information on our pet policy.
ADVANCE ARRANGEMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR YOUR PETS DUE TO LIMITED SPACE.
PARKING: One parking space is provided for
each accommodation. There is no additional charge for parking.
STUDENT & ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY DISCOUNTS:
We are pleased to offer a 10%
discount off of our nightly rack rates to those individuals that provide a
current Student or Military ID upon arrival. Discounts are based on availability
and are subject to blackout dates.
