The Spa at The Grand Resort has been named one of the ten best gay-owned spas by OutTraveler Magazine (Spring 2008).

Our Spa provides customized and specialty facials, body wraps, body scrubs, massages, manicures and pedicures, waxing, derm-abrasion, and hair styling services.

Booking your Spa appointments in advance is strongly recommended. As a courtesy to other guests and to our therapists, we strictly adhere to the Spa Cancellation Policy:

• If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us 4 hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% of your services.
• For Package cancellations, please notify us 24 hours in advance.

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointments to be shown around, fill out any necessary consultation information, or just to settle in. Remember, your service will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed, regardless of how late you begin.

For Spa guests who are not staying at The Grand Resort and Spa, we offer use of the resort grounds on the day of your services. This includes use of our 10-man hot tub in the clothing optional area, heated lap-size swimming pool (not clothing optional), sun decks, club room with computers, wireless computer connectivity, and fitness room. Sorry, we do not offer day passes.

The Spa offers lockers with locks to outside guests to keep clothing in during your stay at the Spa. You will be offered robes, towels, and refreshments to make your visit more enjoyable.

If you should have any physical ailments, disabilities, or allergies, please notify us when booking your appointments, as well as alerting your therapist at the time of your services.

Sometimes there is a question about disrobing and what is proper. We want you to be comfortable during your services; therefore, we leave it up to the guest and what the guest feels is proper. We provide draping as a way of maintaining your modesty, if that is what you prefer. You may also leave on any swimsuit or undergarment your feel necessary. Your comfort in modesty as well as surroundings is imperative to your experience.

To ensure that you and those around you reap the full benefits of the spa experience, we suggest the following:

• Please communicate any requests for a specific therapist at the time of booking.
• The Spa atmosphere is one of tranquility and relaxation, so please respect the other guests’ right to privacy and quiet. Cell phones should be turned off or to vibrate and should not be used inside The Spa.

We also offer a wide variety of specialized Spa products to support our guests' personal care at home.
